Abstract

고분자 및 단분자가 용해되어 있는 수용액과 기름을 혼합하여 o/w 에멀젼 제조하고 이 에멀젼을 용액에 약물과 기타 첨가물들을 혼합하며 사용되는 고분자에 따라 금속이온 가교, UV를 이용한 가교 및 냉각 등을 사용하여 혼합 용액을 고형화한 후 용도에 부합하는 형태로 성형한 에밀젼 네트웍을 이용한 피부 약물 전달 체계는 제조공정이 간단하며, 다양한 약물에 대해서 적용이 가능한 우수한 피부 약물 전달 체계이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 고분자, 단분자 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 물질이 용해되어 있는 수용액과 기름상 물질을 혼합하여 에멀젼 용액을 제조하고; 상기 에멀젼 용액에 약물과 첨가물들을 혼합하여 혼합 에멀젼 용액을 제조하고; 상기 에멀젼 용액을 고형화하는; 공정을 포함하는 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고형화 공정 후 용도에 부합하는 형태로 성형하는 공정을 더욱 포함하는 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트윅의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고분자는 알진산나트륨, 펙틴, 크산토모나스 캄페스트리스로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고분자는 한천, 카르복시 메틸 셀루로우스, 카르복시 메틸 셀룰로오스 프탈레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트윅의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 단분자는 아클릴계 유도체, 메타 아크릴계 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 아크릴계 유도체는 아크릴아미드, 이소프로필 아크릴아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 메타 아클릴계 유도체는 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트, 메톡시에틸 메타아크릴레이트, 메톡시에톡시에틸 메타아크릴레이트, 아미노에틸 메타아크릴레이트, 및 디에틸 아미노에틸 메타아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 고분자의 고형화 공정은 금속이온 첨가가교에 의하여 실시하는 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 고분자의 고형화 공정은 냉각에 의하여 실시하는 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 단분자의 고형화 공정은 UV 조사를 실시하는 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고형화 공정은 금속 이온 첨가 가교, 냉각, UV 조사로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법들을 혼합적으로 실시하는 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 첨가제는 이온성 고분자 또는 수용성 고분자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 이온성 고분자는 폴리아크릴 산, 폴리아미노 산, 폴리설포닉 산, 폴리에틸렌 이민을 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 수용성 고분자는 히드록시 메틸셀루오즈, 히드록시 프로필 셀룰로오즈, 폴리비닐 알콜, 글리세린으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부 약물 전달체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고분자와 첨가제의 혼합비율은 100:0 내지 20:80인 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 기름상 물질은 옥수수 기름, 땅콩 기름, 코코야자 기름, 아주까리 기름, 참기름, 콩기름, 들기름, 해바라기 기름, 호두 기름으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 피부 약물 전달 체계용 에멀젼 네트웍의 제조방법.
  17. 기재와; 제1항의 에멀젼 네트웍과; 상기한 기재와 에멀젼 네트웍을 부착시키기 위한 접착증을; 포함하는 에멀젼 네트웍을 이용한 피부 전달 약물 체계.
