Abstract

본 발명은 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법에 관계하는 것으로 알카리금속 및 알카리토금속의 알루미네이트가 적당한 온도로 희석되거나 그대로 사용되는 용액의 형태로 산성용액에 용해됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 알카리금속 또는 알카리 토금속의 알루미네이트가 적당한 농도로 희석되거나 그대로 사용되는 용액의 형태인 산성용액에 용해됨을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용해를 위해서 알카리금속/알루미늄비가 0.3 이상인 고체 알루미네이트로부터 출발함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 습식공정에 따라 제조된 알루미네이트로부터 출발함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법.
  4. 제1~3항에 있어서, 알루미네이트 용해를 위해 무기산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알루미네이트 용해를 위해 염화알루미늄 또는 염화철을 함유하는 잔류산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 10% 이상의 HC1 함량을 가진 HC1산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미네이트 용해를 위해 산성 알루미늄염 용액을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄염 용액 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 열을 가하지 않고 용해가 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법.
  9. 제1~8항에 있어서, 대기압에서 용해가 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 염 용액 제조방법.
