Abstract

본 발명은 하나 이상의 유리시트(6, 7)와, 하나 이상의 플라스틱 재료막(8) 및, 외부면 위의 물과 같은 페인 바깥쪽 위의 대상물 또는 이물질의 존재를 검출하기 위하여 페인위에 영구히 장착된 검출기(12)를 포함하는 운송차량용 페인에 관한 것이다. 상기 검출기는 검출기와 페인의 외부면(1) 사이에서 검출기에 대향되고 신호를 혼란시키는 플라스틱 재료막(8)의 방해가 없이 페인의 내부면(2)위 또는 차량의 객실을 향하여 대향인 페인의 면(4)위에 배치된다.

제1도는 차량의 윈드스크린(windscreen)의 경우에서 윈드스크린 와이퍼의 작동을 제어할 수 있는 검출기를 구비한 적층페인(laminated pane)을 개략적으로 도시한 도면, 제2도는 검출기의 위치에서 제1도에 따른 페인의 부분적인 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 페인의 변경예를 도시하는 도면, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 이중층 페인을 개략적으로 도시한 도면.

Claims (14)

  1. 유리시트(6,7;21,22;31)와 같은 하나 이상의 강체시트와, 하나 이상의 플라스틱 재료막(8:23:32) 및, 페인 외부면위의 물과 같은 페인 외부위의 대상물 또는 이물질의 존재를 신호에 의하여 검출하기 위하여 페인위에 영구히 장착된 검출기(12;24;33)를 포함하는 운송차량용 적층페인에 있어서, 상기 검출기는 신호를 혼한시키는 플라스틱 재료막의 방해없이 검출기와 상기 페인의 외부면(1)과 사이에서 검출기에 대향되고 차량의 객실을 향하여 설치된 페인 표면 또는 상기 페인의 내부면(2)위에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출기는 초음파 검출기인 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출기는 하나 이상의 윈드스크린 와이퍼의 작동을 제어하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적층페인은 윈드스크린 와이퍼(9)에 의해 닦여지는 영역에 대향되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 적층페인은 2개의 유리시트(21;22)와, 플라스틱 재료의 중간막(23)과, 상기 페인의 외부면(1)과 검출기 사이에서 검출기에 대향되고 상기 위치에서 소실되는 막의 대용물로서 차량 객실을 향한 면에 있는 유리시트의 면위에 배치된 검출기(24) 및, 상기 검출기로 부터의 신호에 영향을 주지 않는 재료의 펠릿(25)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적층페인은 2개의 유리시트와 중간막을 포함하고, 상기 검출기는 외부 유리시트(6)의 내부면(2)위에 직접 위치되며, 상기 내부 유리시트(7)는 검출기(12)통로용 구멍(14)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 검출기는 내부 유리시트에 직접 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적층페인은 유리시트(31)와 하나 이상의 플라스틱 재료(32)를 포함하고, 상기 검출기(33)는 유리시트의 내부면위에 직접위치되며, 플라스틱 재료막은 상기 검출기 위치에 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  9. 제6항에 따른 페인의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 내부 유리시트를 대체한 유리시트는 검출기의 장착이후의 위치에서 관통되고, 상기 내부시트는 외부 유리시트를 형성하기 위하여 제2유리시트와 연관되며, 상기 조립체는 굽힘 가공되며, 상기 2개의 유리시트는 중간 시트의 삽입후에 함께 조립되며, 상기 내부 유리시트를 통하여 있는 구멍에 대향된 PVB 디스크는 제거되고; 상기 검출기는 외부 유리시트의 내부면위에 영구히 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페인 제조 방법.
  10. 외부 유리시트와, 내부 유리시트 및 하나 이상의 중간막을 포함하는 굽혀진 적층페인에 있어서, 상기 내부 유리시트는 유리시트의 열굽힘처리 이전에 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 검출기를 장착할 수 있는 방식으로 형성된 하나 이상의 구멍을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굽혀진 적층페인.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 구멍의 원주는 압축응력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 굽혀진 적층페인.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 중간막은 내부 유리시트가 통과하는 구멍에 대향되어 생략되는 것을 특징으로 하는 굽혀진 적층페인.
  13. 제1항 내지 제4항중에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 검출기는 중간막내에 매입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송차량용 적층페인.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 패치형태의 불투명한 층은 검출기 아래의 면(2)위에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송층페인.
