Claims (19)

  1. 대상물의 표면상에 처리물질의 층이 열분무법에 의해 형성되는 대상물의 처리방법에 있어서, 활성물질이 대상물의 노출표면상에서 촉매효과를 갖는 식으로 활성물질이 처리물질이 처리물질과 함께 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물의 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 층이 특히 마모, 부식 또는 유사한 손상에 대해 저항성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 활성물질이 대상물의 표면상에 침전물의 촉매분해에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 활성물질 또는 다른 활성물질이 a) 처리층의 성질에 영향을 주기 위해, 예컨대 그 강인성을 증가시키기 위한 효과와, b) 처리층 및 대상물의 공유 표면의 성질에 영향을 주기 위해, 예컨대 처리층의 부착성을 개선시키기 위한 효과중의 하나를 이루는데 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 활성물질이 처리표면의 모든 층에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 활성물질이 처리표면의 지정된 층에만 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기층과 비교하여 활성물질이 상대적으로 고가인 것(예컨대 백금)을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무분말의 입자가 적도 약 10㎛의 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층내의 결합력이 제조품을 나중에 같거나 또는 브러싱에 의해 처리할 수 있을 정도로 강한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 열분무로 피복(50)이 제공되고, 그렇게 하여 활성물질(54)이 결합분무작용에 의해 피복(50)내에 묻히거나 봉입되는 대상물에 있어서, 활성물질이 대상물의 노출표면에 나타나고, 그 위에서 촉매효과가 발달할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물 특히 부품(18).
  11. 소정의 활성물질을 함유하는 분리된 섬(54)들이 피복(50)의 기층(52)내에 분산되어 그 안에 묻히거나 봉입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 활성물질이 피복의 총중량의 50%까지 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 활성물질이 피복의 총중량의 10%까지 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물.
  14. 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기층(52)이 내마모성이고 또한 소정의 표면품질을 얻도록 하는 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 기층(52)이 세라믹 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물.
  16. 제10항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성물질(54)이 피복(50)의 노출표면(56)에 접한 층에만 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물.
  17. 제10항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복(50)이 기계의 드레드 유도부로서 사용되는 부품(18)상에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 부품이 고데트인 것을 특징으로 하는 대상물.
  19. 제18항에 따르는 고데트를 특징으로 하는 드래프팅 롤러장치.
