Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 배터리 방전차단기에 관한 것으로 종래에는 운전자의 실수나 자동차의 결함에 의한 자동차의 정차 시에 자동차에 탑재된 배터리의 방전을 차단하는 장치가 없으므로 배터리(101)가 시동모터(102)의 최소요구전압치 이하로 방전될 시 배터리를 재충전하지 않으면 재시동이 불가능한 단점이 있었다.
본 발명은 배터리(101)의 (+), (-)단자와 시동모터(102)의 전원인가단자를 배터리(101)의 전압레벨을 감지하기 위한 스위칭 트랜지스터(10), 트랜지스터(10)에 의해 작동하는 릴레이(20), 재 시동용 푸시버튼스위치(30) 등으로 구성된 방전차단기를 개재하여 연결하여서 자동차의 시동정지 시 발생하는 배터리(101)의 방전을 릴레이(20)로 차단하여 그 최소사용 전압을항상 유지하도록 구성하여서 배터리(101)의 방전에 기인하는 시동불능의 요인을 해소함으로써 자동차의 운행 시 안정성 향상 및 비상 시 대처능력을 향상한 장점이 있는 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 회로 구성도, 제2도는 종래의 자동차 시동전기 계통도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 배터리(101)의 (+), (-)단자와 시동모터(102)의 전원입력단자간에 연결하는 자동차 배터리 방전차단기에 있어서, 배터리(101)의 전압레벨에 따라 '턴 온' 또는 '턴 오프' 되는 스위칭 트랜지스터(10), 상기 스위칭트랜지스터(10)의 베이스에 인가되는 베터리(101)의 전압레벨을 조정하도록 베이스와 베터리(101)의 (+)단자 간에 연결되는 분압용 저항1(40) 및 베이스와 배터리(101)의 (-)단자 간에 연결되는 분압용 저항2(70), 스위칭 트랜지스터(10)의 '턴 온' 또는 '턴오프' 에 따라 구동되거나 구동되지 않도록 컬렉터에 릴레이코일(21)의 일측이 연결되며 타측은 바이어스용 저항1(80)을거쳐 베터리(101)의 (+)단자에 연결되며 그 고정접점인 c접점(22)은 접속점1(90)에 연결되며 가동접점인 a접점(23)은 배터리(101)의 (+)단자에 연결되며 b접점(24)은 '플로우팅' 되는 릴레이(20), 스위칭 트랜지스터(10)의 이미터와 접지 간에 연결된 바이어스용 저항2(81), 방전 후 재시동시 눌러서 단락하도록 릴레이(20)의 c접점(22)과 a접점(23)에 그 외부접속단자(31)(32)가 접속된 푸시버튼스위치(30), 접속점1(90)과 시동모터(102)의 (+)전원인가단자 간에 연결하는 키스위치(103)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배터리 방전차단기.
