Abstract

본 발명은 니켈-수소전지에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 니켈-수소전지는, 양극판과 양극단자를 전기적으로 접속시키기 위한 양극팁이 음극으로부터 절연되도록 하기 위하여, 양극판과 음극판을 서로 격리시키는 격리판에 일체로 형성된 양극팁 보호편을 구비하고 있다. 따라서, 별도의 부재를 마련하지 않고도 양극팁을 음극으로부터 절연시킬 수 있으므로, 조립작업이 용이 할 뿐만 아니라 양극팁과 음극과의 절연이 확실하게 이루어질 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 개구를 갖는 통형의 케이스와, 이 케이스 내에 설치되는 양극판 및 음극판과, 양극판과 음극판 사이에 절연을 위하여 설치된 격리판과, 케이스의 개구부에 결합되는 양극단자와, 상기 양극판의 가장자리부에 상기 양극단자측으로 돌출되게 결합되어 양극판과 양극단자를 전기적으로 접속시키는 양극팁을 갖춘 니켈-수소전지에 있어서, 상기 격리판에서 상기 양극단자측으로 돌출되어 상기 양극팁의 양측면에 대면하는 한 쌍의 양극팁보호편이 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-수소전지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극팁보호편들은 상기 양극팁을 감싸도록 상호 밀착결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-수소전지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀착결합은 초음파융착에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-수소전지.
