Abstract

본 발명은 광디스크플레이어의 트레이이송장치에 관한 것으로, 몸체 일측면에 소정길이의 랙기어가 형성된 광픽업장치가 데크플레이트상의 이송공간에 설치되고, 상기 랙기어에는 이송피니언이 맞물린 상태에서 피딩모터의 동력을 받아 회전되는 작용에 의하여 광픽업장치가 직선이동되도록 구성된 프론트로딩 방식의 광디스크플레이어에 있어서, 정지 모드시 광픽업장치상의 랙기어의 외측단이 도달되는 위치의 데크플레이트상에 상기 랙기어와 맞물리는 보조기어가 임의 회동가능하게설치되고, 그 보조기어 설치위치에 해당되는 트레이의 저면에는 소정길이의 보조랙기어가 일체로 형성되며, 상기 데크플레이트의 일측 상면 앞쪽에는 피딩모터로부터 광픽업장치쪽으로 전달되는 동력을 받아 제자리 회동되는 트레이이송기어가설치하므로써 턴테이블 하방의 데크플레이트상에 설치되어 그 데크플레이트상의 이송공간내에 설치된 광픽업장치를 턴테이블에 대하여 직선이동시켜 주는 피딩모터의 구동력과, 정지모드시 디스크의 최외곽에 해당되는 이송공간의 바깥쪽으로이동되는 광픽업장치의 동작원리를 이용하여 트레이를 전후이송시킬 수 있도록 하여 구조를 단순화 하고, 조립시간을 단축할 수 있도록 하며, 제품의 경량화 및 박형화를 실현할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 몸체 일측면에 소정길이의 랙기어(24)가 형성된 광픽업장치(22)가 데크플레이트(18)상의 이송공간(20)에설치되고, 상기 랙기어(24)에는 이송피니언(26)이 맞물린 상태에서 피딩모터(28)의 동력을 받아 회전되는 작용에 의하여광픽업장치(22)가 직선이동되도록 구성된 프론트로딩방식의 광디스크플레이어에 있어서, 정지모드시 광픽업장치(22)상의 랙기어(24)의 외측단이 도달되는 위치의 데크플레이트(18)상에 상기 그 랙기어(24)와 맞물리는 보조기어(30)가 임의 회동가능하게 설치되고, 그 보조기어(30) 설치위치에 해당되는 트레이(32)의 저면에는 소정길이의 보조랙기어(34)가 일체로 형성되며, 상기 데크플레이트(18)의 일측 상면 앞쪽에는 피딩모터(28)로부터 광픽업장치(22)쪽으로 전달되는 동력을 받아 제자리 회동되는 트레이이송기어(36)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크플레이어의 트레이이송장치.
