Abstract

본 발명은 아세테이트/폴리에스테르 복합사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 아세테이트와 열수수축율 15∼20%의 고수축성 폴리에스테르를 복합하되 진입장력을 데니어당 0.2∼0.3g으로 하고 압축공기의 압력을 2.0∼2.5㎏·f/㎠로 하여 교락을 부여한 후 권취하므로써 기존의 아세테이트/폴리에스테르 복합사에 비해 아세테이트의 질감이 우수하고 발색성 및 광택이 우수하여 최근의 소비자 취향에 맞고 특히 여성용 정장류의 제조용으로 적합한 아세테이트/폴리에스테르 복합사의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 아세테이트와 폴리에스테르 복합사를 제조함에 있어서, 열수수축율 15∼20%를 갖는 고수축 폴리에스테르를 사용하여 복합하고, 진입장력은 데니어당 0.2∼0.3g으로 하고 압축공기의 압력은 2.0∼2.5㎏·f/㎠로 하여 교락을 부여한 후 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세테이트/폴리에스테르 복합사의 제조방법.
