Abstract

본 발명은 천연 실크의 질감과 외관을 부여하는 이수축복합사 직물의 제조방법이다.
본 발명은 비수수축율차가 5% 이상인 고수축 폴리에스터와 저수축 폴리에스터를 방사혼섬하여 제조한 이수축복합사에 교락을 부여함이 없이 200~400T/M의 약연을 주고 60~100℃에서 사이징한 원사를 경사로 사용하여 제직한 후에, 2회에 걸쳐서 습열 릴렉스처리하고 이어서 140~180℃에서 건열 릴렉스처리하여서 직물상태에서 원사간에 5~30%의 사장차가 균일화게 발현되도록 하는 방법이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 비수축율차가 5% 이상인 고수축 폴리에스터와 저수축 폴리에스털를 방사혼섬하여 얻은 이수축복합사에 교락을 부여함이 없이 200~400T/M의 약연을 부여하고 60~100℃에서 사이징한 원사를 경사로 사용하여 제직한 후, 2회에 걸쳐서 습열 릴렉스처리하고 140~180℃에서 건열 릴렉스처리함을 특징으로 하는 이수축복합사 직물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 습열 릴렉스처리는 80~100℃에서 1회한 후에 110~125℃에서 2차로 함을 특징으로 하는 이수축복합사 직물의 제조방법.
