Abstract

본 발명은 아세테이트사와 비스코스레이온사를 복합함에 있어서, 아세테이트사를 방사. 권취하면서 인터레이싱 노즐 직전에 비스코스 레이온사를 진입시킨 다음 350m/분 이하의 속도로 복합하면서 유제 부착량을 2.5~3.5%로 하고 인터레이싱 공기압력은 1.8~2.3kg/cm2로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세테이트/레이온 복합사의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명에 의하면 청량감과 반발탄성이 우수하며, 정전기가 전혀 없는 아세테이트/레이온 복합사를 제조할 수 있다.

  1. 아세테이트사와 비스코스 레이온사를 복합함에 있어서, 아세테이트사를 방사, 권취하면서 인터레이싱 노즐 직전에 비스코스 레이온사를 진입시킨 다음 350m/분 이하의 속도로 복합하면서 유제부착량을 2.5∼3.5%로 하고 인터레이싱 공기압력은 1.8∼2.3㎏/㎠로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세테이트/레이온 복합사의 제조방법.
