Abstract

본 발명은 스테이플사와 필라멘트사의 합사, 교락후 합연을 통하여 제조한 혼섬 가공사에 관한 것으로 이펙트사인 스테이플사는 연수가 600∼800T/M인 것을 사용하고, 코어사로 필라멘사는 1데니어급인 것을 사용하며 필라멘트사는 3∼4%, 스테이플사는 1%미만의 오버피드를 부여하여 공급하고, 오픈타입의 노즐을 사용하여 공기압 3∼6㎏/㎠의 공기를 사의 진행방향에 직각방향으로 분사 100∼150개/m의 교락을 부여한 후, 400∼600T/M으로 연사함으로써 가공사의 외관이 방직사와 같은 촉감을 가지며 우수한 제직성 및 강신도로 의류 각 분야에 사용가능하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 스테이플사와 함성섬유 필라멘트사를 합성하여 교락을 부여하고 합연하여 혼섬 가공사를 제조함에 있어서, 스테이플사와 필라멘트사를 각기 공급하고, 공기압 3∼6㎏/㎠의 공기를 사의 진행방향에 대하여 직각 방향으로 분사하여 100∼150개/m의교락을 부여한 후, 이것을 400∼600T/M으로 연사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬가공사의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 합성섬유 필라멘트는 1데니어급으로 3-4%의 오버피드로 공급되고, 스테이플사는 연수가 600-800T/M으로써 1% 미만의 오버피드로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬가공사의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 공기압을 노즐로 제공하고, 노즐은 오픈식 노즐을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬 가공사의 제조방법.
