Abstract

본 발명은 아세테이트/폴리에스테로 복합사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 아세테이트 무광 원사와 폴리에스테르 태세사를 사용하고 진입장력 및 압축공기의 압력을 조절하여 교락을 부여한 후 권취하므로써, 청량감과 반발탄성이 우수하며 정전기가 전혀 없고, 마 특유의 질감과 아세테이트 질감을 동시에 발현하는 아세테이트/폴리에스테르 복합사를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 아세테이트와 폴리에스테르의 복합사를 제조함에 있어서, 무광아세테이트 원사를 사용하고, 태세사 폴리에스테르를 사용하여 복합하되 진입장력을 데니어당 0.2∼0.3g으로 하고 압축공기의 압력을 1.0∼1.3㎏·f/㎠으로 하여 교락을 부여한 후 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세테이트/폴리에스테르 복합사의 제조방법.
