Claims (2)
- 전회조업의 슬래그를 30% 남긴 전로에, 전장입량에 대하여 각각 2중량% 이하 및 1중량% 이하의 경소돌로마이트 및 생석회를 투입한 후, 경동시켜 슬래그를 노벽에 코팅하고 고철 및 용선을 장입한 다음, 순산소를 송산하여 노내용선을 취련시킴과 동시에 생석회를 일괄투입하고 소결광을 투입하여 저린(P) 고탄소 용강을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용선이 Mn : 농도가 0.2중량% 이하인 저망간 용선이고, 상기 취련개시와 동시에 전장입량에 대하여 3∼4.5중량%의 생석회를 일괄투입하고, 상기 생석회의 일괄투입 완료시점부터 전체 취련시간 80% 시점까지 전장입량에 대하여 소결광을 3∼3.5중량% 분할 투입함을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저망간 용선을 이용한 저린 고탄소 용강의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결망을 생석회 일괄투입 완료시 전입량에 대하여 1∼1.5중량% 투입하고, 이후, 전체취련시간 80% 시점까지 전장입량에 대하여 분당 0.13∼0.16중량%를 연속적으로 균등분할하여 투입함을 특징으로 하는 저망간 용선을 이용한 저린 고탄소 용강의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
