Abstract
본 발명은 Ca2+와 낮은 농도(15% 미만)의 우형 혈청 알부민(fetal bovine serum)을 필수적으로 포함하는, 효소 면역분석법(enzyme immunoassay)에 사용되는 효소 표지 항체의 안정성을 높일 수 있는 희석액에 관한 것이다.

제1도 내지 제3도는 실시예 1 내지 3에 기재된 각 용액의 안정성을 효소 면역분석법(enzyme immunoassay, EIA)에서의 흡광도의 변화로써 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (3)
- Ca2+와 15% 이하의 우형 혈청 알부민(fetal bovine serum)을 필수적으로 포함하는 효소 표지 항체 희석액.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ca2+의 함량이 0.001% 이상인 효소 표지 항체 희석액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 0.01 내지 0.1% CaCl2, 1 내지 5% 우형 혈청 알부민, 5% 염소 혈청, 0.02% 티메로살(thimerosal), 0.05% 트윈-20, 1mM EDTA 및 0.5M NaCl을 함유하는 10mM 트리스 완충용액(pH 7.5)인 효소 표시 항체 희석액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
