Abstract

본 발명은 혈청중의 티록시(T4) 또는 트리요오도티로닌(T3)의 측정방법 및 이 방법에서 보정을 위해 완충용액에 용해된 티록신-결합 글로불린 (TBG)및 티록신 또는 트리요오도티로닌을 함유하는 표준용액에 관한 것이다.

Claims (22)

  1. 소의 TBG를 사용함을 포함하여, 보정을 위해 완충용액에 용해된 티록신-결합 글로불린(TBG) 및 티록신(T4) 또는 트리요오도티로닌(T3)을 함유하는 표준용액을 사용하는 혈청중의 티록신 또는 트리요오도티로닌의 측정 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 완충용액에 용해된 소의 TBG를 함유하지만, 티록신 또는 트리요오도티로닌을 함유하지 않는 용액을 추가의 표준용액으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 표준용액에 알부민이 더 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 알부민으로서의 소의 혈청 알부민이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 40 내지 80㎛/㎖의 알부민을 함유하는 표준용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 9 내지 30㎛/㎖의 소의 TBG를 함유하는 표준용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 9 내지 20㎛/㎖의 소의 TBG를 함유하는 표준용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 500㎍/㎖의 티록신을 함유하는 표준용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 12ng/㎖의 트리요오도티로닌을 함유하는 표준용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 완충계로서 굿 완충제 또는 pH 6 내지 8의 다른 완충제가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어 서, 30 내 지 15mmol/l의 완충제를 함유하는 완충용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 완충용액에 용해된 소의 TBG 및 티록신 또는 트리요오도티로닌을 함유하는 티록신 또는 트리요오도티로닌의 측정용 표준용액.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 5 내지 300㎍/㎖의 소의 TBG 및 30 내지 150mmol/l의 완충제를 함유함을 특징으로하는 표준용액.
  14. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 알부민을 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 표준용액.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 40 내지 80㎎/㎖의 알부민을 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 표준용액.
  16. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 5 내지 500n/㎖의 티록신을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 용액.
  17. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 0. 5내지 12n/㎖의 트리요오도티로닌을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 표준용액.
  18. 제3항에 있어서, 50 내지 70㎎/㎖의 알부민을 함유하는 표준용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 300ng/㎖의 티록신을 함유하는 표준용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 8ng/㎖의 트리요오도티로닌을 함유하는 표준용액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  21. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 5 내지 300ng/㎖의 티록신을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 표준용액.
  22. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 8ng/㎖의 트리요오도티로닌을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 표준용액.
