Abstract

본 발명은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수자와, 폴리카보네이트 수지와, 코어부분이 부타디엔으로 이루어져 있으며 셀부분의 조성이 스틸렌과 함께 메타아크릴릭에스터의 에스터 말단의 알킬기가 반응성이 우수한 말레익안하이드라이드기로 치환된 구조를 갖는 코어-셀 구조의 반응성 내충격개질제와, 글라스파이버(glass fiber)로 구성된 혼합수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 내충격성과 굴곡탄성율이 우수하여 자동차용 내, 외장제용 부품과 각종 연사보빈 제조용 수지, 각종 전기, 기계 제품의 하우징 제조에 있어서 사출용 수지로 적용이 가능하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전체 양을 100중량%로 하여 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 45~66중량%, 폴리카보네이트 3~15중량%, 코어-셀 구조의 반응성 내충격개질제 3~15중량%, 글라스파이버 15~45중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 충격강도와 굴곡탄성율이 우수한 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 혼합수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코어-셀 구조의 반응성 내충격개질제는 코어부분이 부타디엔, 셀부분이 스틸렌과 에스터 말단이 말레익안하이드라이드기로 치환된 메타아크릴릭에스터로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 충격강도와 굴곡탄성율이 우수한 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 혼합수지조성물.
