Abstract
1급 유기 아민을 불활성 유기 용매 존재하에서 포스겐과 반응시키는 유기 이소시아네이트를 연속 제조방법에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 60 내지 100℃의 온도에서 버블 컬럼에 의해 순환시키고 순환되는 아민 반응산물의 양 대 공급되는 아민의 양의 비율이 100 : 1 내지 5 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

Claims (5)
- 하나 이상의 1급 유기 아민을 불활성 유기 용매 존재하에서 포스겐과 반응시키는 유기 이소시아네이트의 연속 제조 방법에 있어서, 그 반응 혼합물을 60 내지 100℃의 온도에서 버블 컬럼에 의해 순환시키고, 공급되는 아민의 양에 대한 순환되는 아민 반응산물의 양의 비율이 100:1 내지 5:1인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 루프 반응기에서 행하여지고, 상기 버블 컬럼이 반응기의 내부 또는 외부에 위치 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에 존재하느 아민 염산염을 추가 공정 단계에서 카르바민산 염화물이 완전히 분해하는 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 포스겐과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일급 유기아민이 유기 용매 중에서 10 내지 50중량% 용액으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 잇어서, 상기 아민 용액을 노즐에 의해 5 내지 50m/s의 노즐 방출 속도로 반응 혼합물로 주입시키고, 상기 노즐은 아민 용액이 흐르는 방향이 순환하는 반응 혼합물이 흐르는 방향과 같도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
