Abstract
본 발명은, 겅시안정성이 양호하며, 더욱이 제조시 및 취급시의 안정성이 뛰어난 비화약 성분으로서 이루어지는 저진동, 저소음의 파쇄 조성물을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
그리고 본 발명에서는, 입자지름 44㎛이하의 미립자를 입도분포로서 95%이상 함유하고, 또한 분진 비산방지제와 산화 방지제를 함유한 알루미늄분 15∼30중량%와, 입자지름 74㎛ 이하의 미립자를 입도분포로서 95% 이상 함유하는 산화제이구리 70∼80중량%로서 이루어지는 테르미트제 100중량부와, 분해가스 발생제 80∼120중량부로서 구성하였다. 여기에서 암루미늄분은, 분진 비산 방지제로서 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 2중량% 이하와, 산화방지제로서 스테아린산 또는 스테아린산 알루미늄을 1∼2중량%를 함유한 디더스트 알루미늄 인 것이 바람직하다. 또, 분히가스 발생제는, 본사를 제외한, 고온을 가할 때 수증기를 발생시키는 칼륨백반등 결정수를 가지는 무기물인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (3)
- 입자지름 44㎛ 이하의 미립자를 입도분포로서 95% 이상 함유하며, 또한 분진 비산 방지제와 산화 방지제를 함유한 알루미늄분 15∼30중량%와, 입자지름 74㎛ 이하의 미립자를 입도분포로서 95% 이상 함유하는 산화 제이구리 70∼80중량%로서 이루어지는 테르미트제 100중량부와, 분해가스 발생제 80∼120중량부로서 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 비화약 파쇄 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄분은, 분진 비상 방지제로서 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 2중량% 이하와, 산화 방지제로서, 스테아린산 또는 스테아린산 알류미늄을 1∼2중량%를 함유한 디더스트 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 비화약 파쇄 조성물.
- 제1항에 있엇, 분해가스 발생제는, 봉사를 제외한, 고온을 가하면 수중기 등을 발생시키는 칼륨백반등 결정수를 가지는 무기물인 것을 특징으로하는 비화약 파쇄 조성물.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
