Abstract

최대입경이 4㎜ 이하인 SiC 분말에 대해 0.01∼0.7중량%의 V2O5, 0.01∼0.7중량%의 CaO 및 0.01∼5중량%의 점토를 첨가하여 얻은 분말체를 성형하고 이를 소성하여 이루어지는 SiC질 요도구로서, 당해 SiC질 요도구의 표층부와 중심부를 각각 X선 회절로 분말법에 의해 측정하여, CuKa선에 대한 2θ가 34.0°인 탄화규소의 회절피크의 높이에 대한, 2θ가 21.9°인 크리스토발라이트의 회절피크의 높이의 비를 구했을 때, 표충부의 상기 비의 값에 대한 중심부의 상기 비의 값의 비율이 20% 이상이며, 상온에 있어서의 항절강도(抗折强度)가, 1400℃에 있어서의 항절강도의 ±20%의 범위 내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 SiC질 요도구.

Claims (4)

  1. 최대입경이 4㎜ 이하인 SiC 분발에 대해 0.,01∼0.7중량%의 V2O5, 0.01∼0.7중량% 의 CaO 및 0.01∼5중량%의 점토를 첨가하여 얻은 분말체를 성형하고 이를 소성하여 이루어지는 SiC질 요도구로서, 당해 SiC질 요도구의 표층부와 중심부를 각각 X선 회절로 분말법에 의해 측정하여, CuKa선에 대한 2θ가 34.0°인 탄화규소의 회절피크의 높이에 대한, 2θ가 21.9°인 크리스토발라이트의 회절피크의 높이의 비를 구했을 때, 표충부의 상기 비의 값에 대한 중심부의 상기 비의 값의 비율이 20% 이상이며, 상온에 잇어서의 항절강도(抗折强度)가, 1400℃에 있어서의 항절강도의 ±20%의 범위 내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 SiC질 요도구.
  2. 최대입경이 4㎜ 이하인 SiC 분말에 대해 0.01∼0.7중량%의 V2O5, 0.01∼0.7중량% 의 CaO 및 0.01∼5중량%의 점토를 첨가하여 얻은 분말체를 적당량의 물 및 유기 바인더와 함게 혼련하여, 이를 소망형상에 성형하고, 얻는 성형체를 건조후, 700∼1100℃의 온도역(域)을 10시간 이상 걸려 승온하면서 소성하고, 다시 최고온도가 1300~1500℃의 범위에 있고, 또 1300℃ 이상의 온도역이 2∼10시간이 되는 조건으로 계속하여 소성을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiC질 요도구의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 최대입경이 4㎜ 이하인 SiC 분말에 대해 0.01∼0.7중량%의 V2O5, 0.01∼0.7중량% 의 CaO 및 0.01∼5중량%의 점토를 첨가하여 얻은 분말체에, 다시금 5중량% 이하의 무정형 SiO2를 첨가하는 SiC질 요도구의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 최대입경이 4㎜ 이하인 SiC 분말의 입도배합이 500μ 이상이 35∼50중량%, 88∼500μ이 20∼30중량%, 88μ 이하가 30∼35중량%인, SiC질 요도구의 제조방법.
