Abstract

본 발명은 온도 센서인 NTC 써미스터(Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermister; 감온 온도 센서)의 저온 제조 방법 및 그 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 산화망간-산화니켈-산화지르콘-산화아연계에 B2O3-SiO2계외 프리트를 첨가한 조성물, 또는 산화망간-산화니켈-산화코발트계에 있어서, 고가의 Co3O를 저가의 CuO로 치환하여 대체시킨 조성물을 NTC 써미스터용 조성물로 사용하는 것에 의하여 소결 온도를 950∼1150℃로 낮출 수 있으면서도 우수한 온도센서 특성을 갖는 NTC 써미스터를 제조할 수 있게 한 신규 유용한 발명이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 산화망간 60∼95중량%, 산화니켈 0.5∼10중량%, 산화지르콘 0.5∼10중량%, 산화 아연 0.5∼5중량%에, B2O310∼30중량%, SiO260∼85중량% Na2O, MgO 및 CaO로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 화합물 5∼15중량%로 이루어지는 프리트를 0.5∼20중량% 첨가하고, 950∼1150℃의 저온에서 소결하는 것으로 구성되는 고온형 NTC 써미스터의 제조방법.
  2. 산화망간 60∼95중량%, 산화니켈 0.5∼10중량%, 산화지르콘 0.5∼10중량%, 산화아연 0.5∼5중량%, B2O3-SiO2계 프리트(frit) 0.5∼20중량%로 이루어지는 고온형 NTC 써미스터(Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermister: 감온 온돈 센서)용 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 프리트가 B2O310∼30중량%, SiO260∼85중량% Na2O, MgO 및 CaO로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 화합물 5∼15중량%로 이루어지는 고온형 NTC 써미스터용 조성물.
  4. 산화망간 50∼60중량%, 산화니켈 15∼20중량%, 산화코발트 0∼24중량%, 산화동 28∼4중량%로 이루어지는 저온형 NTC 써미스터용 조성물.
  5. 산화망간 50∼60중량%, 산화니켈 15∼20중량%, 산화코발트 0∼24중량%, 산화동 28∼4중량%로 이루어지는 NTC 써미스터용 조성물을 1050∼1150℃의 저온에서 소결하는 것으로 구성되는 저온형 NTC 써미스터의 제조방법.
