Abstract

본 발명은 마그네시아와 크로미아질로 이루어진 내화재료에 알루미나와 지르콘으로 이루어진 혼합분말을 첨가하여 소성시에 이러한 혼합물로부터 뮬라이트(3A12O3, 2SiO2) 및 지르코니아를 생성시킴으로써 고온강도 및 내식성이 우수하면서 내스폴링성이 우수한 마그네시아-크로미아질 소성 내화벽들을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적달성을 위한 본 발명은 마그네시아와 크로미아질로 이루어진 내화재료에, 그 혼합비가 몰비로 3:2 이며 입자크기가 1.0㎜ 미만인 알루미나 분말 및 지르콘 분말의 혼합물을, 외삽으로 1∼15중량% 첨가하여 조성하므로서 고온강도 및 내스폴링성이 우수한 마그네시아-크로미아질 소성 내화벽돌을 제공함을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 마그네시아와 크로미아질로 이루어진 내화재료에, 그 혼합비가 몰비로 3 : 2이며 입자크기가 1.0㎜ 미만인 알루미나 분말 및 지르콘 분말의 혼합물을, 외삽으로 1∼15중량% 첨가하여 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 마그네시아-크로미아질 소성 내화벽돌.
