Claims (5)

  1. 진동이 제거되었을 때 그것의 형태를 유지하는 진동에 의해 성형된 적절한 진흙이 없는 내화조성물에 있어서,
    ㄱ. 세밀한 알루미나와 실리카와 6메쉬로 구성하며 내화물질 및 그것의 혼합물을 포함하는 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 20에서 80% 기본집합체.
    ㄴ. 0부터 20%의 마이너스 30메쉬에서 플러스 200메쉬의 내화충전물질.
    ㄷ. 0에서 20%의 마이너스 325메쉬 자기결합물질,
    ㄹ. 1에서 10% 바인더,
    ㅁ. 0에서 15% 물, 과
    ㅂ. 마이너스 325메쉬의 구운 알루미나와 실리카 분말과 그들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 진동할 수 있는 부분의 10에서 40%를 중량당 퍼센트로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화조성물.
  2. 1항의 진흙이 없는 내화조성물에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 알루미늄 인산염 바인더인 것으로 특징되는 내화조성물.
  3. 1항 또는 2항의 진흙이 없는 내화조성물에 있어서, 상기 자기결합물질이 천연키아나이트인 것으로 특징되는 내화조성물.
  4. 1항 또는 2항의 진흙이 없는 내화조성물에 있어서, 상기 자기결합물질이 천연키아나이트, 구운 알루미나, 세밀한 실리카, 산화크롬 및 산화붕소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 내화 조성물.
  5. 1항 또는 2항의 진흙이 없는 내화조성물에 있어서, 상기 바닥집합체가 관형알루미나, 융합된 알루미나, 구운 보오크사이트, 구운 보오크사이트 카올린, 구운 카올린, 수정 및 멀라이트로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화조성물.
