Abstract
본 발명온 유리, 플라스틱, 금속, 유기 중합체 코팅된 기재 및 무기물 코팅된 기재의 기재 표면의 적어도 일부를 퍼플루오로알킬알킬실란과 완전하게 가수분해가능한 실란의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물로 처리한 기재를 포함하는 제품을 개신하다. 상기 퍼플루오로알킬알킬실란은 상기 기재 표면에 방수성 및 방오성을 제공하는 반면, 상기 완전하게 가수분해가능한 실란은 가수분해되고 축합되어 실리카를 형성하며, 이는 내후성 및 내마모성을 부여하여 상기 방수성 및 방오성의 내구력을 향상시킨다. 상기와 같은 내구성의 방수성 및 방오성 표면을 제공하는 방법은 상기 기재 표면을 퍼플루오로알킬알킬실란 밋 완전하게 가수분해가능한 실란을 포함하는 조성물꽈 접촉시킴을 포함하며, 먼저 상기 기재 표면상에 실리카층을 부착시키고, 이어서 상기 기재 표면을 퍼플루오로알킬알킬실란 및 완전하게 가수분해가능한 실란을 포함하는 조성물과 접촉시킴을 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (20)
- 유리, 플라스틱, 금속, 유기 중합체 코팅된 기재 및 무기 중합체 코팅된 기재로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 기재의 표면 적어도 일부를 퍼플루오로알킬알킬실란과 완전하게 가수분해가능한 실란의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물로 처리한, 상기 기재를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼풀루오로알킬알킬실란이 알빈식 RmR′nSiX4-m-n(여기에서 R은 퍼플루오로알킬알킬 라디칼이고: R′는 비닐 또는 알킬 라디칼이고: m+n은 4미만이고; X는 할로겐, 아실 및 알옥시 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된다)의 화합물들중에서 선택된 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬알킬 라디칼의 퍼플루오로알킬 잔기가 CF3내지 C30F61로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬 잔기가 C6F13내지 C18F37로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 피플루오로알킬 잔기가 C8F18내지 C12F25로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, R′가 메틸, 에틸, 비닐 및 프로필로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, X가 클로로, 브로모, 요오도, 메톡시, 에톡시 및 아세톡시로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬알킬실란이 퍼플루오로알킬에틸트리클로실란, 퍼플루오로알킬에틸 트리메톡시실란, 퍼플루오로알킬에틸트리아세톡시실란, 퍼플루오로알킬에틸디클로로(메틸)실란 및 퍼플루오로알킬에틸디에톡시 (메틸)실란으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 불소화된 을레핀을 또한 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 완전하게 가수분해가능한 실란이 일반식 SiX4(여기에서 X는 할로겐, 알록시 및 아실 라디칼로 이루어진 그를중에서 선택된다)을 갖는 실란들로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 제품.
- 유리, 플라스틱, 금속, 유기 중합체 코팅된 기재 및 무기 중합체 코팅된 기재로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 기재의 표면을 퍼플루오로알킬알킬실란과 완전하게 가수분해가능한 실란의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물과 접촉시킴을 포함하는, 상기 기재상에 비-습성 표면을 생성시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬알킬실란이 일반식 RmR′nSiX4-m-n(여기에서 R은 퍼플루오로알킬 알킬 라디칼이고: R′는 비닐 또는 알킬 라디칼이고: m+n은 4미만이고: X는 할로겐, 아실 및 알폭시 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 라디칼이다)의 화합물들중에서 선택된 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬알킬 라디칼의 퍼플루오로알킬 잔기가 CF3내지 C30F61로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬 잔기가 C6F13내지 C18F37로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬 잔기가 C6F17내지 C12F25로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, R′가 메틸, 에틸, 비닐 및 프로필로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, X가 클로로, 브로모, 요오드, 메톡시, 에톡시 및 아세톡시로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 불소화된 을레핀을 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해성 실란이 일반식 SiX4(여기에서 X는 할로겐, 알콕시 및 아실 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된다)을 갖는 실란들로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 방법.
