Abstract
본 발명은 금속 분말야금 원료중 수분사에 의해 제조된 철분의 제조시 적정량의 탄소를 철분에 함유하고 이를 적절히 환원처리 하므로서, 철분의 산화피막 및 그 내부의 내재하고 있는 복합 산화개재물을 효과적으로 제거할 뿐만 아니라 이후의 파쇄공정도 용이하게 행할 수 있는 수분사 철분의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 용융철을 수분사 한 후 환원처리하여 철분을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용융철내의 탄소 함량을 0.1~0.2중량%로 조절하고, 상기 용융철을 통상의 방법으로 수분사 한 다음, 850~1200℃의 온도에서 불활성 가스분위기하에서 1차 환원처리 후, 계속하여 환원성 가스 분위기하에서 2차 환원처리함을 포함하여 구성되는 수분사 철분의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)
- 용융철을 수분사 한 후 환원처리하여 철분을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용융철내의 탄소 함량을 0.1~0.2중량%로 조절하고, 상기 용융철을 통상의 방법으로 수분사 한 다음, 850~1200℃의 온도에서 불활성 가스 분위기하에서 1차 환원처리 후 계속하여 환원성 가스 분위기하에서 2차 환원처리함을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수분사 철분의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
