Abstract

본 발명은 마그네슘 및 칼슘으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 화합물과, 아연, 세륨 및 니켈로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속성분과 크롬으로 이루어지며, 상기 크롬과 상기 마그네슘 또는 칼슘의 몰비가 1:1 내지 1:32이고, 상기 크롬과 상기 금속 성분의 몰비가 1:0.5 이하인 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2,2-디클로로에탄의 불소화 촉매 및 그것의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 마그네슘 및 칼슘으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 화합물과, 아연, 세륨 및 니켈로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속성분과 크롬으로 이루어지며, 상기 크롬과 상기 마그네슘 또는 칼슘의 몰비가 1:1 내지 1:32이고, 상기 크롬과 상기 금속 성분의 몰비가 1:0.5 이하인 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2,2-디클로로에탄의 불소화 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Cr과 Mg의 몰비가 1:4 내지 1:16인 촉매.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Cr과 금속 성분의 몰비가 1:0.05 내지 1:0.25인 촉매.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 표면적이 130㎡/g 이상인 촉매.
  5. 불화마그네슘 및 불화칼슘로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 화합물과, 불화아연, 불화세륨 및 불화니켈로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물과 삼산화크롬을 Cr과 Mg이 몰비가 1:1 내지 1:32이고, Cr과, Ce, Ni, 및 Zn의 총합의 몰비가 1:0.5 이하가 되도록 물에 첨가하고, 그 혼합물을 메탄올 또는 에탄올과 60~100℃에서 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2,2-디클로로에탄의 불소화 촉매의 제조 방법.
