Abstract
본 발명은 외피 또는 비외피 바이러스의 불활성화를 위한, 바람직하게는 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드와 조합된 아크리딘 또는 아크리딘 유도체의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법은 생물학적 활성이 실질적으로 유지되는 단백질의 존재하에서 수행된다.

Claims (15)
- 아크리딘 또는 아크리딘 유도체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 바이러스의 불활성화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드를 부가적으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생물학적 활성이 유지되는 단백질의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 생물학적 활성이 유지되는 단백질의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인큐베이션을 20℃ 내지 160℃온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 25 내지 37℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인큐베이션을 pH 5 내지 9에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크리딘 또는 아크리딘 유도체가 0.0001 내지 1.0g/ℓ의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 아크리딘 또는 아크리딘 유도체가 0.0005 내지 0.1g/ℓ의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드가 0.004 내지 0.1g/ℓ의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드가 0.001 내지 0.05g/ℓ의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인큐베이션 시간이 0.5 내지 10.0시간인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 인큐베이션 시간이 2 내지 5시간인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이러스가 파보바이러스 또는 기타 비외피 바이러스인 방법.
