Abstract
본 발명은 니켈(II) 및 망간 염 용액을 알칼리 액으로 동시 침전시키는, 50 몰% 이상의 망간이 3가 산화상태로 존재하는, 망간(III) 함유 수산화 니켈(II) 분말의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- 2가 상태로 존재하는 니켈 및 망간 염 용액을 동시에 침전시키고 적합한 산화제와 반응시켜 공침전물중에 함유된 망간을 3가 산화 상태로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는, 니켈(II) 및 망간 염 용액을 알칼리 액으로 동시에 침전시키는 단계를 포함하는, 50 몰% 이상의 망간이 3가 산화 상태로 존재하는, 망간(III) 함유 수산화 니켈(II) 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화제를 산소, 공기 및 과산화 수소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화제를 과산소이황산염, 염소 및 브롬으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 망간의 80 몰% 이상을 3가 산화 상태로 전환시키면서, 알칼리성 매질중에서 산화를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 망간의 90 몰% 이상이 3가 산화 상태로 전환되는 방법.
- 제1항, 4항 또는 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2가 상태로 존재하는 니켈 및 망간 염 용액을 니켈 및 망간의 염화물, 황산염, 질산염 및 인산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 니켈(II) 및 망간(II)의 화합물을 용해시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 4항 또는 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2가 상태로 존재하는 니켈 및 망간 염 용액중 적어도 하나를 이들 각각의 금속 형태를 양극 해리시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 4항 또는 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2가 상태로 존재하는 니켈 및 망간 염 용액을 니켈 금속을 양극 해리시키고 망간(II) 염을 용해시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 4항 또는 5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 동시 침전을 Zn, Cd, Ca, Mg, Co, Al, Fe, Cr, Ga, In 및 회토류 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가용성 염의 존재하에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 2가 상태로 존재하는 니켈 및 망간 염 용액 중 적어도 하나를 이들 각각의 금속 형태를 양극 해리시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 2가 상태로 존재하는 니켈 및 망간 염 용액을 니켈 금속을 양극 해리시키고 망간(II)염을 용해시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 4항 또는 5항 중 어느 하나의 항의 방법으로 제조한 분말.
- 제12항의 분말을 포함하는 배터리 전극.
- 전극의 충전-방전 사이클용으로 조립되고 배열된 제13항의 전극, 반대 전극 및 전해질을 포함하는 배터리.
- 제1항, 4항 또는 5항 중 어느 하나의 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 분말을 2차 배터리중의 전극 물질로서 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
