Abstract

본 발명은 헤드드럼 조립체를 개시한다.
본 발명은, 회전축과; 회전축에 압입 설치되며 그 일측 내면에 헤드가 고정 설치된 상부드럼과; 상, 하부 베어링에 의해 회전축에 베어링 지지되는 하부드럼과; 회전축의 하부에 위치되는 모터로터와 모터스테이터와; 회전축에 압입 설치되어 상기 하부 베어링에 예압을 가하는 예압보스와; 예압보스와 모터로터의 내측 바닥면 사이의 회전축과, 상기 모터로터의 하부로 돌출된 회전축의 단부에 각각 순차 결합되며, 회전축의 비틀림 진동에 의한 공진을 완충시키는 연성 조립체와 강성 조립체를 포함하여 된 것으로서, 헤드드럼 조립체가 전기, 기구적인 외란에 의해 공진 및 떨림이 발생되는 것을 연성 조립체와 강성 조립체를 통해 완충시킴으로써 결과적으로 안정된 헤드드럼의 회전을 도모함으로써, 지터현상 및 화면상의 굴곡현상, 색번짐등을 미연에 방지함으로써, 기기 즉, 이를 채용한 테이프 레코더에 대한 소비자의 만족감 및 신뢰성을 더 한층 향상시킨 이점이 있다.

제4도는 본 발명에 따른 헤드드럼 조립체의 실시예를 보인 단면도,
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 헤드드럼 조립체에 있어서, 공진에 의한 떨림현상을 보인 그래프이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 회전축과; 상기 회전축에 압입 설치되며 그 일측 내면에 헤드가 고정 설치된 상부드럼과; 상기 상, 하부 베어링에 의해 회전축에 베어링 지지되는 하부드럼과; 상기 회전축의 하부에 위치되는 모터로터와 모터스테이터와; 상기 회전축에 압입 설치되어 상기 하부 베어링에 예압을 가하는 예압보스와; 상기 예압보스와 모터로터의 내측 바닥면 사이의 회전축과, 상기 모터로터의 하부로 돌출된 회전축의 단부에 각각 순차결합되며, 회전축의 비틀림 진동에 의한 공진을 완충 시키는 연성 조립체와 강성 조립체를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드드럼 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연성 조립체는, 상기 예압보스에 밀착되며 소정의 탄성력을 갖는 연성판과; 상기 연성판과 모터로터의 바닥면 사이에 개재되는 연성 접착물을 구비하고, 상기 강성 조립체는, 상기 모터로터의 하면과 접착되며 소정의 탄성력을 갖는 연성판과; 상기 연성판의 하부에 위치되며, 연성판에 비하여 상대적으로 강성을 갖는 강성판과; 상기 연성판과 강성판 사이에 개재되어 상호 일체화 시키는 연성 접착물을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드드럼 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연성 조립체와 강성 조립체는 모터로터의 하부로부터 체결되는 복수개의 나사에 의해 예압보스에 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드드럼 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연성 조립체는, 상기 예압보스의 하면에 소정의 연성물을 소정두께 코팅처리하여 구성되며, 상기 강성 조립체는, 상기 모터로터의 하부에 위치되어 회전축에 삽입되는 강성판과; 상기 모터로터의 하면과 강성판 사이에 소정두께 코팅되는 연성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드드럼 조립체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연성 조립체와 강성 조립체는 모터로터의 하부로부터 체결되는 고정나사에 의해 예압보스에 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드드럼 조립체.
