Abstract

본 발명은 단사의 섬도가 1.0데니어 이하인 폴리에스테르 극세사 또는 폴리에스테르/나일론 복합사를 비수수축율이 20-40%인 고수축 폴리에스테르사와 합사하여 극세 고밀도 폴리에스테르 직물을 제조하여 염색하고, 여기에 불소계 발수성 화합물을 2단계에 걸쳐 부여 피막을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 발수성 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조방법으로, 본 발명에 의해 제조된 발수성 제품은 볼륨감이 풍부하고 우수한 발수성 및 세탁 내구성을 지니는 고기능성 소재이며, 코팅방식을 취하지 않음으로써 직물 고유의 촉감 및 투습성을 유지하게 된다.
이에 따라 조깅복등의 스포츠분야의 의류소재, 레인코우트 등의 기능소재 및 외출복분야의 의류소재로 쓰일수 있으며 우산지등으로의 용도전개도 가능하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 단사의 섬도가 1.0데니어 이하인 폴리에스테르 극세사 또는 폴리에스테르/나일론 복합사를 비수수축율이 20∼40%인 고수축 폴리에스테르사와 합사하여 극세 고밀도 폴리에스테르 직물을 제조하여 염색하고, 여기에 불소계 발수성 화합물을 2단계에 걸쳐 부여 피막을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 발수성 폴리에스헤르 직물의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염색은 PH9-11에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 불소계 발수성 피막은 유화성 및 용제형 불소계 발수성 화합물로 각각 한번씩 2단계에 걸쳐 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 폴리에스테르 직물의 제조방법.
