Abstract
본 발명의 방법에 있어서, 반응물 기체 혼합물을 연속상으로서 반응영역에 공급시키고, 반응영역에서 염 용융물을 반응물 기체 혼합물의 연속상속에 분산시키고 이로부터 반응 기체를 생성시키는 방식으로 촉매로서 염용융물의 존재하에 염산과 산소로 이루어진 반응물 기체 혼합물을 반응시킨다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 공정의 유리한 형태를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 반응물 기체 혼합물인 HCl/산소를 연속 상으로서 반응 영역에 공급하고, 염 용융물을 반응 영역 속에서 반응물 기체 혼합물의 연속 상에 분산시키고, 이로부터 생성물 기체를 생성함을 특징으로 하여, HCl을 산소로 산화시켜(반응물 기체 혼합물인 HCl/산소는 촉매로서의 염 용융물의 존재하에 반응한다)생성물 기체로서 염소와 수증기를 수득하는 데콘공정의 수행방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 반응물 및 생성물 기체 상과 분산된 염 용융물의 접촉시간이 1 내지 4초임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염 용융물과 반응물 및 생성물 기체의 연속 상이 서로에 대해 향류(counterflow)로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 도는 제2항에 있어서, 데콘 반응이 염 용융물로 이루어진 액체 상을 HCl/O2혼합물로 이루어진 기체 상에 분산시켜 생성물 기체 Cl2/H2O를 생성시키는 상 접촉장치에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 염 용융물이 Cu2Cl2/KCl 혼합물 또는 염화철이 부가된 CuCl2/KCl 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염화구리(I)/KCl ; 염화철(Ⅲ)/KCl이 염 용융물로서 사용되고, 염화크롬(Ⅲ)및 네오디뮴, 프라세모디뮴과 같은 회토류 금속의 염화물이 반응의 촉진제(조촉매)로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
