Abstract

본 발명은 라디에이터의 리크 실험장치를 개시한다.
본 발명은 베이스 부재와, 이 베이스 부재에 설치된 테이블과, 상기 베이스부재에 지지되며 상기 테이블의 수직상부에 위치되는 승강수단과, 상기 승강수단에 의해 승강되고 그 단부에 탱크의 캡이 결합된 관부와 밀착되며 에어 공급관을 갖는 가압수단을 구비하여 된 것에 특징이 있고 이는 실험에 따른 시간을 줄여 생산성의 향상을 도모할 수 있는 이점을 가진다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 라디에이터의 리크 실험장치를 도시한 측면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 베이스 부재와, 이 베이스 부재에 설치된 테이블과, 상기 베이스부재에 지지되며 상기 테이블의 수직상부에 위치되는 승강수단과, 상기 승강수단에 의해 승강되고 그 단부에 탱크의 캡이 결합된 관부와 밀착되며 에어 공급관을 갖은 가압수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 라디에이터의 리크 실험장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가압수단이 상기 승강수단의 실린더 로드 단부와 볼죠인트되며 그 하면에 둘레턱이 형성되어 상기 관부가 삽입되는 인입부 형성되고 이 인입부의 중앙부에는 고압의 에어를 공급하기 위한 노즐부가 형성된 결합부재와, 상기 인입부의 내부에 노즐부가 노출되도록 끼워지며 하면에 요입부가 형성된 실링부재를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터의 리크 실험장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인입부와 실링부재의 요입부 내측 가장자리가 테이퍼지게 형성되어 관부와의 결합시 그 가장자리가 가압력에 의해 밀착될 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터의 리크 실험장치.
