Abstract

휠의 운동범위, 즉 범프시 캠버 및 트레드를 이상적으로 제어하여 조향 안정성 및 주행 안정성 그리고 승차감을 개선할 수 있는 현가시스템에 관한 것으로서, 휠을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 휠 캐리어와, 상기 휠 캐리어의 하단과 차체를 연결하는 로워 컨트롤 링크와, 상기 일 캐리어의 상단을 차체에 연결하는 스프링과 쇽 업소버의 조립체인 스트러트 어셈블리를 포함하며, 상기 로워 컨트롤 링크의 차체측 연결부에는 고무 부싱이 개재되어 이 고무 부싱을 수직으로 나누었을때 차체측 고무부싱에는 유체실이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 스트러트 어셈블리의 스토퍼에는 상기 부싱의 유체실과 유체관에 의해서 상호 연통하는 또다른 유체실이 형성되어 있는 자동차용 현가시스템이다.

제2도는 제1도의 현가시스템의 작동상태를 보여주기 위한 개략적인 정면도,
제4도는 통상의 맥퍼슨 타입 현가시스템을 보여주기 위한 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 휠을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 휠 캐리어와, 상기 휠 캐리어의 하단과 차체를 연결하는 로워 컨트롤 링크와, 상기 휠 캐리어의 상단을 차체에 연결하는 스프링과 쇽 업소버의 조립체인 스트러트 어셈블리를 포함하며, 상기 로워 컨트롤 링크의 차체측 연결부에는 고무 부싱이 개재되어 이 고무 부싱을 수적으로 나누었을때 차체측 고무부싱에는 유체실이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 스트러트 어셈블리의 스토퍼에는 상기 부싱의 유체실과 유체관에 의해서 상호 연통하는 또다른 유체실이 형성되어 있는 자동차용 현가시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체관에는 횡력센서에 의해서 제어되는 바이패스 밸브가 재공되어 휠이 지면으로부터의 단순충격으로 인한 상승시에는 유체를 리저버 탱크로 바이 패스 시킬 수 있도록 되어 있는 자동차용 현가시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무부싱의 유체실과 수직 대칭으로 이 고무부싱의 압축이 보다 용이하게 이루어지도록 단순홀이 형성되어 있는 현가시스템.
