Abstract
본 발명의 촉매 가스 검출기용 촉매독 필터는 니켈, 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 은, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 백금 및 금으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 약 0.5중량%이상 담지하는 다공성 물질로 이루어진다.

Claims (9)
- 니켈, 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 은, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 백금 및 금으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 약 0.5중량%이상 담지하는 다공성 물질로 이루어진 촉매 가스 검출기용 촉매독 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원소가 백금인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원소의 양이 20중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성탄을 약 2중량% 이상 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성탄의 양이 10중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원소 및 활성탄이 유기 다공성 물질에 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원소 및 활성탄이 무기 다공성 물질에 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기 다공성 물질이 상기 원소를 0.05mg/㎤ 내지 3mg/㎤로, 그리고 활성탄을 0.15mg/㎤ 내지 1.5mg/㎤로 담지하는 0.5mm 내지 3mm 두께의 막 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유기 담체가 셀룰로스로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
