Claims (10)
- 제1 및 제2의 가변용량의 유압펌프(P1, P2)와, 상기 제1 및 제2의 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 제1의 유압액튜에이터(B)와, 상기 제2의 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 제2의 유압액튜에이터(C)와, 상기 제1의 유압펌프로부터 상기 제1의 유압액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제1의 가변스로틀수단(RB1)과, 상기 제2의 유압펌프로부터 상기 제1의 유압액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제2의 가변스로틀수단(RB2)과, 상기 제2의 유압펌프로부터 상기 제2의 유압액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제3의 가변스로틀수단(RC)과, 상기 제1의 가변스로틀수단의 전후차압을 제어하는 제1의 압력보상기(VB1)와, 상기 제2의 가변스로틀수단의 전후차압을 제어하는 제2의 압력보상기(VB2)와, 상기 제3의 가변스로틀수단의 전후차압을 제어하는 제3의 압력보상기(VC)와, 상기 제1의 유압펌프의 토출량을 제어하는 제1의 토출량제어수단(41a)과, 상기 제2의 유압펌프의 토출량을 제어하는 제2의 토출량제어수단(41b)과, 상기 제1의 가변스로틀수단으로부터 유출되는 유량과 상기 제2의 가변스로틀수단으로부터 유출되는 유량을 합류시켜서 상기 제1의 유압액튜에이터에 공급가능한 합류회로(300)를 구비한 유압구동장치에 있어서, 상기 제1의 압력보상기의 출구측의 압력을 검출하는 제1의 검출수단(cb1)과, 상기 제2의 압보상기의 출구측의 압력을 검출하는 제2의 검출수단(cb2)과, 상기 제3의 압력보상기의 출구측의 압력을 검출하는 제3의 검출수단(cc)과, 상기 제1의 검출수단에서 검출된 압력을 제1의 신호압력으로서 상기 제1의 토출량제어수단에 공급하는 제1의 신호압력공급수단(SL1)과, 상기 제2의 검출수단에서 검출된 압력과 상기 제3의 검출수단에서 검출된 압력 중 높은 쪽의 압력을 선택하고, 제2의 신호압력으로서 상기 제2의 토출량제어수단에 공급하는 제1의 신호압력공급수단과는 독립된 제2의 신호압력공급수단(SL2)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 가변스로틀수단(RB1,RB2)은 상기 제1의 유압액튜에이터(B)이 요구 유량이 적을 때는 제1의 가변스로틀수단이 단독으로 작동하여 상기 제1의 유압펌프(P1)로부터의 압유만이 제1의 유압액튜에이터에 공급되고, 상기 요구유량이 증대하여 소정치를 초과하면, 제1 및 제2 의 가변스로틀 수단이 양쪽이 작동하고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 유압펌프(P1, P2)로부터의 압유가 양쪽 모두 제1의 유압액튜에이터에 공급되도록 동작관계가 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합류회로(300;212,22)에 배치되고, 상기 제1의 가변스로틀수단(RB1)의 단독작동으로부터 상기 제1 및 제2의 가변스로틀수단(RB1,RB2)의 양쪽의 작동에의 전환에 연동하여 폐위치로부터 개위치로 전환되는 개폐수단(F;253)을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 압력보상기(VB2)의 출구측과 상기 제2의검출수단(cb2)과의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제1의 가변스로틀수단(RB1)의 단독작동으로부터 상기 제1 및 제2의 변스로틀수단(RB1,RB2)의 양쪽의 작동에의 전환에 연동하여 폐위치로부터 개위치로 전환되는 개폐수단(8,8A)을 또한 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 가변스로틀수단(RB1,RB2)은 각각 제1및 제2의 스풀(41,42;4)에 형성된 노치(250,251)를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 스풀이 제1의 소정거리(S1)이동했을 때의 먼저 상기 제1의 가변스로틀수단의 노치(250)가 개구하고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 스풀이 상기 제1의 소정거리보다 큰 제2의 소정거리(S2)이동했을 때에 또한 상기 제2의 가변스로틀수단의 노치(251)가 개구하도록 상기 제1 및 제2의 가변스로틀수단의 노치의 위치관계가 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 스풀(42)에는 이 제2의 스풀이 상기 제2의 소정거리(S2) 이동하기 전에는 상기 합류회로(212,22)를 닫으며, 상기 제2의 소정거리(S2)이동했을 때에 상기 합류회로를 여는 개폐부(253)가 또한 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 스풀(4)에는 이 제2의 스풀이 상기 제2의 소정거리(S2)이동하기 전에는 상기 제2의 압력보상기(VB2)의 출구측과 상기 제2의 검출수단 (cb2)과의 연락을 차단하고, 상기 제2의 소정거리 이동했을 때에 상기 연락을 확립하는 개폐부 (8,8A)가 또한 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 스풀은 서로 평행으로 배치된 별개의 스풀(41,42)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 스풀은 동축(同軸)에 배치된 일체의 스풀(4)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 유압펌프(P1)로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 제3의 유압액튜에이터(A)와, 상기 제1의 유압펌프로부터 상기 제3의 유압액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제4의 가변스로틀수단(RA)과, 상기 제4의 가변스로틀수단의 전후차압을 제어하는 제4의 압력보상기(VA)와, 상기 제4의 압력보상기의 출구압력을 검출하는 제4의 검출수단(ca)을 또한 구비하고, 상기 제1의 신호압력공급수단(SL1)은 상기 제1의 검출수단(cb1)에서 검출된 압력과 상기 제4의 검출수단(ca)에서 검출된 압력 중 높은쪽의 압력을 선택하고, 상기 제1의 신호압력으로서 상기 제1의 토출량제어수단(41a)에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동장치.
