Abstract

본 발명은 BEF형 유전체 필터에 관한 것으로, 각각이 서로 디지탈 결합한 두개의 공진선로가 1단을 이루는 BEF가 복수단을 이루고 있고, 디지탈 방식이나 콤 라인 방식으로 π/2 전기각(θ)에서 서로 이상(移相) 결합된 BEF형 유전체 필터가 하나의 유전체 블럭안에 형성되어 있다. 또한, 상호 디지탈 방식이나 콤 라인 방식으로 π/2 전기각(θ)에서 BEF형 유전체 필터의 입출력 공진선로에 있어서 이상(移相) 결합되어 있는 입출력 공진선로도 제공된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 첫번째 구현예에 따른 대역 소거 필터(Band elimination filter, BEF)형 유전체 필터(dielectric filter)의 사시도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 각각 상호 디지탈 결합한 한쌍의 공진선로로 이루워진 복수개의 1단 대역-소거 필터(band elimination filter, BEF) 및 π/2 전기각(θ)에서 상기 BEF형 유전체 필터의 선택된 공진선로에 이상(移相, phase-shifting) 결합된 부가적인 공진선로를 포함하며, 상기 1단 BEF는 하나의 유전체 블럭안에서 서로 공간적으로 떨어져 있고, π/2 전기각(θ)에서 서로 이상 결합(phase-shifting-coulped)되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 BEF형 유전체 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1단 대역-소거 필터들이 상호 디지탈 결합(inter-digitally-coulped)되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1단 대역-소거 필터들이 서로 콤 라인 결합(comb-line-coulped)되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 공진선로와 상기 선택된 공진선로가 서로 디지탈 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 공진선로와 상기 선택된 공진선로가 서로 콤 라인 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 공진선로는 상기 대역 소거 형 유전체 필터의 입력선로임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 공진선로는 상기 대역 소거형 유전체 필터의 출력선로임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 공진선로의 개방단이 상기 유전체 블럭의 한쪽 말단에 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 BEF형 유전체 필터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가적인 공진선로의 개방단이 공진선로 홀의 개구근처에 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터.
