Abstract

리드 부착 테이프 카세트의 광구멍에 설치되어 있는 방진 리브를 두개로 분할해서 조립을 용이하게 행할 수 있게 하는 카세트를 제공하고, 테이프 카세트내에 바깥감기시키고, 상기 테이프의 종단을 광으로 검출하는 광구멍을 구비한 카세트이며, 상기 광구멍으로부터 도입되는 티끌등을 방지하는 방지 리브를 두개로 분할해서 그 한쪽을 회동 자재인 리드에, 다른쪽은 하부 쉘에 설치하고, 상구 쉘의 방향을 바꾸지 않고 하부 쉘에 접합할수 있는 구조로 되어 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 시단부 및 중단부에 투명부를 갖는 테이프가 감긴 한쌍의 릴을 수납하고 전단에 테이프 노출부를 갖는 상하 중간에 구성된 테이프 카세트의 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 전단축에 설치되고 상기 데이프 노출부를 덮는 폐쇄 위치와 노출하는 개방 위치 사이에서 축부를 중심으로 회동가능하게 부착된 리드와 상기 리드의 양단에 설치된 한쌍의 뚜껑측면판과, 상기 뚜껑측면판상에서 상기 측부에 대해 상기 케이스의 후단측에 설치되고, 리드록 부재에 의해 상기 리드를 폐쇄위치에 장착하는 록 돌출부와, 상기 케이스의 상기 축부 주변부에 설치되고 케이스내에 삽입된 테이프위치 검출용 광원의 광을 외부로 유도하는 개구부와, 상기 케이스의 상기 개구부의 주변에서 상기 뚜껑측면부사이에 설치된 방진 러브와, 상기 방진 리브는 상기 케이스측에 설치된 제1리브와 상기 뚜껑측면부에 설치된 제2리브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방진 리브의 상기 제1리브는 상기 하부 중간에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프카세트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방진 리브의 상기 제1리브는 상기 리드가 상기 상부 중간에 개방 위치 상태로 조립되어 상기 하부 중간과 걸어 맞춤 조립할 때 상기 록 돌출부의 이동에 간섭하지 않고, 상기 리드의 개폐에 따른 상기 제2리브의 이동 궤적에 간섭하지 않는 상기 하부 중간 위치에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1리브 및 제2리브의 대향면을 미로 구조로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미로 구조는 상기 제1리브 및 제2리브의 대향면에 각각 설치된 한쌍의 경사면인 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트.
  6. 시단부 빚 종단부에 투명부를 갖은 데이프가 감기는 한쌍의 릴과, 상부 중간과 하부 중간이 조합됨으로써 구성되고, 상기 한쌍의 릴을 수납하는 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 진단면에 설치된 상기 한쌍의 릴의 사이의 데이프가 주행하는 테이프 주행부와, 상기 케이스 전단측에 회동가능하게 부착되고, 상기 테이프 주행부의 테이프를 덮는 뚜껑부와 그 양단에 설치된 한쌍의 뚜껑측면부를 가지며, 상기 테이프를 덮는 폐쇄 위치와, 상기 데이프를 노출하는 개방 위치 사이에서 이동가능한 리드와, 상기 케이스의 대략 중앙에 설치되고 데이프 위치 검출용 광원이 삽입되는 광원 삽입 구멍과, 상기 케이스의 측면에 설치되고 상기 데이프의 주행로를 가로지르고 상기 광원 삽입 구멍을 향하는 개구부와, 상기 리드의 뚜껑측면부에 설치되고, 상기 리드가 개방위치에 있을 때 상기 구멍과 일치해서 상기 광원 삽입 구멍내의 광원으로부터의 광빔을 외부로 유도하는 뚜껑 개구부와, 상기 측면에 설치된 상기 구멍 주변에서, 상기 개구부와 상기 뚜껑 후면부 사이에 설치되고 상기 케이스 측면에 설치된 제1리브와 상기 뚜껑측면부에 설치된 제2리브로 구성되고, 상기 리드가 폐쇄 상태시에 상기 제1리브와 제2리브로 상기 구멍의 주변을 덮는 방진 리브를 갖은 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트.
