이 발명은 액정표시장치에 있어서, 레이저로 화소결함이 수리가능한 티에프티에 관한 것으로, 드레인 전극과 화소전극을 소정의 크기로 오버랩시켜서 비아 홀의 오픈 불량시에 오버 랩부를 레이저를 이용하여 쇼트시킴으로써 드레인 전극과 화소전극을 전기적으로 연결시켜 불량을 해결하여 수율을 향상시키는 것을 동작상의 특징으로 하는 레이저로 화소결합이 수리가능한 티에프티에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
