Description
Claims (9)
- (a) 중합 가능한 알파, 베타-에틸렌형 불포화 카르복실산 및, (b) 상기 성분(a)와 중합할 수 없는, 적어도 5개의 탄소 원자를 함유한 하기 구조식(여기서, R은 4-26개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 3차 지방족 탄화수소기이다.)을 가지는 에폭시 화합물로 구성된 반응성 성분들을, 자유 라디칼의 존재하에 가열하므로써, 130개 이상의 히드록실기를 가지고 중량 평균 분자량이 15,000이상이며 중합체내에서 활성 수소와 반응할 수 있는 경화제에 의하여 경화될 수 있는, 히드록실기를 함유한 중합체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 여기서 (a) 및 (b) 는 반응성 성분들의 중량비로서 80퍼센트 이상을 차지하며 b)성분내 에폭시에 대한 (a)성분내산의 당량비는 1 : 1이상인 상기 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 가능한 알파, 베타-에틸렌형 불포화 카르복실산은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산 또는 이들의 혼합물인 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연쇄 전달제의 존재하에 상기 반응성 성분들을 가열하는 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 8-10개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 성분들은 하나 또는 그 이상의 공중합 가능한 알파, 베타-에틸렌형 불포화 단량체들을 포함하는데, 상기 단량체는 알킬기내에 1-12개의 탄소 원자를 함유한 알파, 베타-에틸렌형 불포화 모노카르복실산의 알킬 에스테르이거나 또는 히드록시알킬기내에 2-3개의 탄소 원자를 함유한 에틸렌형 불포화 모노카르복실산의 히드록시알킬 에스테르인 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 또 하나의 공중합 가능한 알파, 베타-에틸렌형 불포화 단량체 또는 단량체들을 반응성 성분들중 15중량%를 넘지 않는 양으로 존재하는 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조되는 히드록실시를 함유한 중합체 및 상기 중합체내의 히드록실기와 반응하여 경화 생성물을 형성하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 경화제를 포함하여 구성되는 경화성 코팅 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 경화제는 아미노플라스트인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 경화제는 폴리이소시아네이트인 조성물.
