Abstract
폴리올 및 이소시아네이트로부터의 이소시아누레이트 구조체, 그리고 활성화제 및 임의의 기타 첨가제들을 함유한 강성 및 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체 및 강성 폴리우레탄 발포체로 된 성형 부재 및 충진재를 제조함에 있어서, 발포체의 결함은 고정 공정이 가능한 한 오랜 시간 경과후에 혼합물 전체에 걸쳐 동시에 시작되도록 하는 방식으로 시간이 경과함에 따라 그 양을 증가시키면서 활성화제를 첨가하면 없앨 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 함께 혼합실을 통과하는, 이소시아네이트 기에 대해 반응성인 수소 원자 2개 이상을 갖는 화합물 및 폴리소시아네이트를, 물, 활성화제 또는 활성화제들의 혼합물, 및 임의로는 발포 안정화제 및 방염제뿐만 아니라 취입제와 같은 쉽게 휘발가능한 유기 물질의 존재하에서 반응시키고, 팽창하는 반응 혼합물을 고정 및 경화시켜서 이소시아누레이트 구조체를 함유한 강성 및 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체, 및 강성 폴리우레탄 발포체로 된 성형 부재 및 충진재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 고정 공정이 가능한 한 오랜 시간 경과후에 혼합물 전체에 걸쳐 동시에 시작되도록 하는 방식으로 시간이 경과함에 따라 그 양을 증가시키면서 활성화제를 혼합실 중의 반응 혼합물이나 반응실의 직상류 폴리올에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 1회 처리에 의해 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 수 회 처리에 걸쳐서 생성하며, 활성화제의 비율을 매 회마다 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 수 회에 걸쳐서 생성하며, 활성화제의 비율을 매 회마다 증가시키고, 적어도 1회의 처리 기간동안 추가로 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성화제의 양 증가를 프로그램에 의해 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 단량체의 함량이 25 내지 70중량%인 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트(MDI) 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
