Abstract

A találmány égésgátolt, nagy rugalmasságú (HR), hidegen keményedő,formázott, csökkentett füstintenzitású és mérgező hatású habokra,előállítási eljárásukra és kárpitosipari anyagként történőalkalmazásukra vonatkozik. A találmány szerinti hab a) 95:5 - 60:40arányú TDI és MDI keverékének és b) nagy molekulatömegű hidroxilvegyületek polimereket tartalmazó diszperziójának - amely mono-és/vagy poliizocianátok és primer vagy szekunder aminocsoportokattartalmazó poliaminok és/vagy hidrazinok és/vagy hidrazinok és/vagyalkanol-aminok reakciójával állíthatók elő, 1-8 primer vagy szekunderhidroxilcsoportot tartalmazó, 400-16 000 szám szerinti átlagosmolekulatömegű poliéterben - a reakciójával állítják elő. c) kémiaiés/vagy fizikai habosítóanyag (főleg víz), és d) adott esetbenfolyékony és/vagy az a), b) vagy c) komponensben oldódó égésgátlóés/vagy e) adott esetben legalább két, izocianátokkal reakcióra képeshidrogént tartalmazó, 32-399 molekulatömegű vegyületek, és/vagy f)adott esetben további segédanyagok jelenlétében. A találmány szerintihabokat úgy állítják elő, hogy az a) pont szerinti TDI és MDIkeverékeket vagy annak komponenseit kezdetben a b) komponens egyrészével reagáltatva prepolimert képeznek, majd a prepolimertreagáltatják a b) komponens maradékával és a c)-f) komponensekkel ahidegen keményedő HR-hab keletkezik.
