Abstract

본 발명은 일반식(I)의 신규한 N-메틸-N-이소프로필-헤테로아릴옥시 아세트아미드, 그의 제조방법 및 제초제로서의 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, Het는 옥사졸릴, 이속사졸릴, 티아졸릴, 이소티아졸릴, 벤족사졸릴, 벤족티아졸릴, 1,2,4-옥사디아졸릴, 1,3,4-옥사디아졸릴, 1,2,4-티아디아졸릴 및 1,3,4-티아디아졸릴로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 임의로 벤조-융합되고 임의로 치환딘 헤테로아릴을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 일반식(I)의 N-메틸-N-이소프로필-헤테로아릴옥시 아세트아미드.
    상기식에서, Het는 옥사졸릴, 이속사졸릴, 티아졸릴, 이소티아졸릴, 벤족사졸릴, 벤족티아졸릴, 1,2,4-옥사디아졸릴, 1,3,4-옥사디아졸릴, 1,2,4-티아디아졸릴 및 1,3,4-티아디아졸릴로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 임의로 벤조-융합되고 임의로 치환딘 헤테로아릴을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Het는 옥사졸릴, 이속사졸릴, 티아졸릴, 이소티아졸릴, 벤족사졸릴, 벤족티아졸릴, 1,2,4-옥사디아졸릴, 1,3,4-옥사디아졸릴, 1,2,4-티아디아졸릴 및 1,3,4-티아디아졸릴로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 임의로 벤조-융합되고 임의로 치환딘 헤테로아릴을 나타내고, 여기에서 치횐체는 바람직하게는 할로겐, 시아노, (각각의 경우 임의로 불소-및/또는 염소-치환된) C1-C8-알킬, C2-C6-알케닐, C2-C6-알케닐, C2-C6-알키닐, C1-C6-알콕시, C1-C6-알킬티오, C1-C6-알킬설피닐, C1-C6-알킬설포닐닐, C1-C6-알킬설포닐, C3-C6-사이클로알킬, 페닐, 페녹시메틸, 벤질설포닐, 피리딜, 푸릴 또는 티에닐로 구성되는 구롭 중에서 선택될 수 있을 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Het가 1,3-옥사졸-2-일, 1-3-티아졸-2-일, 벤족사졸-2-일, 벤조티아졸-2-일, 1,2,3-티아디아졸-5-일 및 1,3,4-티아디아졸-2-일로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택된 임의로 벤조-융합되고 임의로 치환된 헤테로아릴을 나타내고, 여기에서 치환체는 바람직하게는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 시아노,(각각의 경우 임의로 불소-및/또는 염소-치환된)메틸, 에틸, n- 또는 i- 프로필, n-, i-, s-또는 t-부틸, 매톡시, 에톡시, n- 또는i-프로폭시, 메틸티오, 에틸티오, n- 또는 i-프로필티오, 메틸설피닐, 에틸설피닐, n- 또는 i-프로필설피닐, 메틸설포닐, 에틸설포닐, n- 또는 i-프로필설포닐, 사이클로프로필, 사이클로부틸, 사이클로펜틸, 사이클로헥실, 페닐, 피리딜, 푸릴 또는 티에닐로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택될 수 있는 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  4. 하기 일반식(II)의 치환된 헤테로아렐을 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하, 및 경우에 따라 반응 보조제의 존재하에서 하기 구조식(III)의 N-메틸-N-이소프로필-하이드록시아세트아미드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 N-메틸-N-이소프로필-헤테로아릴옥시 아세트아미드를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 Het는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, X는 할로겐, 알킬티오, 알킬설피닐 또는 알킬설포닐을 나타낸다.
  5. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 적어도 하나 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초제 조성물.
  6. 원하지 않는 식물 생장을 구제하기 위한 제1항에 따는 일반식(I)의 화합물의 용도.
  7. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 잡초 또는 그의 환경에 작용시킴을 특징으로 하여, 잡초를 구제하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(I)이 화합물 중량제 및/또는 계면 활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제초제 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
