Abstract
본 발명은 SiO2량이 적고, 결정사이즈가 크며, 단립강도 및 경도가 높아, 내화재료로서 우수한 품질특성을 가짐과 동시에, 방사성 원소이 함유량이 적은 용융지르코니아 내화재료의 그 제조방법 및 내화재제품을 제공한다. 지르콘을출발원료로 한 탈규산 지르코니아 원료를 이용하여 SiO2량이 0.01∼0.5wt%이고, 결정사이즈가 실질적으로 모두 50∼300㎛ 이상이며, 단립강도가 적어도 30kgf, 경도가 적어도 10∼11GPa인 미안정화, 부분안정화 혹은 완전 안정화된용융 지르코니아 내화재료아 U 및 Th의 총량이 1,000ppm이하인상기 용융 지르코니아 내화재료를 사용한 내화재 제품 및 상기 용융 지르코니아 내화재료를 전기 용융법으로 제조하는 방법으로 이루어진다.

Claims (7)
- 지르콘을 출발원료로 한 탈규산 지르코니아 원료를 이용하여 SiO2량이 0.01∼0.5wt%이고, 결정사이즈가 실질적으로 모두 50㎛ 이상이며, 단립강도가 적어도 30kgf, 경도가 적어도 10GPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 미안정화 용융 지르코니아 내화재료.
- 지르콘을 출발원료로 한 탈규산 지르코니아 원료를 이용하여 SiO2량이 0.01∼0.5wt%이고, 결정사이즈가 실질적으로 모두 300㎛ 이상이며, 단립강도가 적어도 30kgf, 경도가 적어도 11GPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 안정화 혹인 완전 안정화된 용융 지르코니아 내화재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용융 지르코니아 내화재료에 포함되는 방사성 원소인 U 및 Th의 총량이 1,000ppm이하인 것을 특징으로 한하는 저방사성 용융 지르코니아 내화재료
- 지르콘을 출발원료로 한 탈규산 지르코니아 원료 단독 또는 탈규산 지르크니아 원료와 Cao, MgO, Y2O3및 Y2O3를 포함한 회토류 산화물로부터 선택되어진 1종류 혹은 2종류 이상의 안정화제를 첨가하여 혼합하고,아아크식 전기로에서 용융시킨후, 서서히 식혀 주괴(ingot)를 얻어, 분쇄 및 정제한 다음, 산화 소성처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미안정화, 부분안정화, 혹은 완전 안정화된 용융 지르코니아 내화재료의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탈규산 지르코니아 원료의 ZrO2순도가 적어도 95% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 지르코니아 내화재료의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탈규산 지르코니아 원료의 ZrO2순도가 적어도 99% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 지르코니아 내화재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 용융 지르코니아 내화재료를 사용한 내화제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
