본 발명은 부피밀도가 큰 석고를 제조함과 함께 폐수처리의 부담이 경감된 석고의 제조방법을 제공할 목적으로, 수용액중에서 황산과 석회석을 반응시켜 석고슬러리로 하고, 다음으로 당해 슬러리로부터 석고를 고체ㆍ액체 분리하여 석고를 얻는 방법에 있어서, 수용액성분으로서 술포호박산을 존재시키고, 또한 반응액의 pH를 4.0~6.0의 범위의 특정값으로 계속 제어하여 반응시키는 구성을 가진다.The present invention provides a gypsum slurry by reacting sulfuric acid and limestone in an aqueous solution in order to provide a method for producing gypsum with a bulk density and to reduce the burden of wastewater treatment.
