물엿 48%와 설탕 27%가 배합된 당혼합액을 끓이다가 이 당혼합액을 찬물에 조금 떨어뜨려 보아 엉기는 정도가 될 때 수분함량 10% 이하의 쑥분말 2%를 첨가하여 쑥항 및 엽록소 파괴가 최소화 되게끔 40∼50초 이내의 범위에서 충분히 혼합하여 쑥분말액을 형성한 다음 튀밥 23%를 첨가하여 쑥분말액이 튀밥에 골고루 코팅되게끔 충분히 섞어준 후 성형기에 넣어 압착기로 눌러 성형한 다음 이를 적당한 크기로 절단하여 자연풍에 1∼2시간 건조시켜서 제조되는 한과(쑥강정)의 제조방법.Boil the sugar mixture containing 48% starch syrup and 27% sugar, and then drop the sugar mixture into cold water to make it tangled.
