Abstract

(목적) 접속관의 관 끝부에의 장착이 간단하여 또 접속시에 하우징과 고무링이나 빠짐 방지링을 분리해체할 필요가 없고, 또한 시공시의 포카를 방지할 수 있으며 또 하우징을 완전히 죄어넣지 않으면 물이 새어 불량시공을 쉽게 발견할 수 있도록 관 이음매를 제공한다.
(구성) 접속관의 관 끝부 외경보다도 약간 큰 내경을 가지고 외주면 중앙에 볼록부를 가지는 단면중공편평으로 내주측 슬롯팅의 고무링과, 이 고무링의 좌우 양측에 배치되어 각각 둘레방향에서 복수로 분할되며 또한 외주면에 C형 링형상 스프링이 장착되고 외측면에 한쌍의 확경용 집게레버를 가진 접속관의 관 끝부의 그루브홈에 죄어 붙여 끼워장착되는 관빠짐방지링과, 상기 C형 링형상 스프링을 확경한 관빠짐방지링 한쌍의 집게레버를 유지하기 위하여 그 한쌍의 집게레버의 일치시킨 핀구멍에 삽입하는 타입핀과, 상기 고무링 및 좌우 양측의 관빠짐방지링에 끼워장착되어 둘레방향의 양끝에 로드를 구비하여 로드 사이에 죄임볼트가 나사관통된 죄임하우징에 의해 이루어지는 관 이음매.
상기 관 이음매에 있어서, 죄임하우징의 둘레방향의 양끝에 구비된 로드 사이에 나사 관통되는 죄임볼트는 상기 로드 사이에서 외주에 스페이서가 장착되어 있는 죄임볼트인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 접속관의 관 끝부 외경보다도 약간 큰 내경을 가지며 외주면 중앙에 볼록부를 가지는 단면중공편평으로 내주측 슬롯팅의 고무링과, 이 고무링의 좌우 양측에 배치되어 각각 둘레방향에서 복수로 분할되고 또한 외주면에 C형 링형상 스프링이 장착 되어 외측면에 한쌍의 확경용 집게레버를 가진 접속관의 관 끝부의 그루브홈에 죄어붙임 끼워장착되는 관빠짐방지링과 상기 C형 링형상 스프링을 확경한 관빠짐방지링의 한쌍의 집게레버를 유지하기 위하여 한쌍의 집게레버의 일치시킨 핀구멍에 삽입되는 타입핀과, 상기 고무링 및 좌우 양측이 관빠짐방지링에 끼워부착되어 둘레방향의 양끝에 로드를 구비하여 로드간에 죄임볼트가 나사관통된 죄임하우징으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 이음매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 죄임하우징의 둘레방향 양끝에 구비된 로드간에 나사관통시키는 죄임볼트가 상기 로드간에서 외주에 스페이서가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 이음매.
