Abstract
본 발명은 산 촉매된 글리코사이드화 반응에 의해 사카라이드 및 탄소수 8내지 20의 알콜로부터 알킬 폴리글리코사이드를 1단계로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 반응을 병류 조건하에 관상 반응기를 사용하여 수행한다.

Claims (5)
- 반응을 병류 조건하에 관상 반응기를 사용하여 수행함을 특징으로하여, 사카라이드 및 탄소수 8 내지 20의 알콜로부터 산 촉매된 글리코사리드화 반응을 이용하여 알킬 폴리글리코사이드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 70내지 130℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 있어서, 평균 체류시간이 5 내지 90분으로 정해짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 8 내지 12의 알콜이 반응됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 5 내지 80%가 관상 반응기속에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
