갈락토올리고당의 제조법

제1도는 본 발명의 제조법에 있어서의 당분해 처리를 위한 순환 조작법의 설명도.
제2도는 실시예 1에 있어서의 당분리 처리의 결과를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 유당으로부터 일반식 Gal-(Gal)n-Glc(단 식 중 Gal은 갈락토오즈 잔기, Glc는 글루코오즈 잔기, n은 1~4의 정소를 각각 나타낸다)로 나타내는 올리고당에의 전이반응을 일으킬 수 있는 효소 또는 미생물을 유당에 작용시켜서, 상기 올리고당을 함유하는 당액을 얻고, 이어서 강산성 양이온 교환수지를 사용하는 컬럼 크로바토그래피에 의하여 상기 당액중의 당성분의 분리를 행하고, 컬럼 용출액으로부터 갈락토올리고당 고함유 분액을 수거함을 특징으로 하는 갈락토올리고당의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, β-갈락토시다제를 상기 유당에 작용시켜서, 올리고당을 생성시키는 방법.
  3. 재1항에 있어서, 스티렌디비닐벤젠 공중합체를 기재로 하고, -SO3-기를 교환기로 하는 강산성 양이온 교환수지의 Na형의 것을 상기 컬럼 크로마코그래피에 사용하는 방법.
  4. 유당으로부터 일반식 Gal-(Gal)n-Glc(단 식 중 Gal은 갈락토오즈 잔기, Glc는 글루코오즈 잔기, n은 1~4의 정수를 각각 나타낸다)로 나타내는 올리고당에의 전이반응을 일으킬 수 있는 효소 또는 미생물을 유당에 작용시켜서, 상기 올리고당을 함유하는 당액을 얻고, 이어서 강산성 양이온 교환수지를 사용하는 컬럼 크로마토그래피에 의하여, 상기 당액중의 당성분의 분리를 행하고, 컬럼 용출액으로부터 갈락토올리고당고 함유 분액을 수거하며, 컬럼 용출액으로부터 유당 고함유 분액을 수거하고, 이 분액을 원료 유당의 일부로 하여 재이용함을 특징으로 하는 갈락토올리고당의 제조법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, β-갈락토시다제를 유당에 작용시켜서 올리고당을 생성시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 스티렌디비닐벤젠 공중합체를 기재로 하여 -SO3-기를 교혼기로 하는 강산성 양이온 교환수지의 Na형의 것을 상기 컬럼 크로마토그래피에 사용하는 방법.
