Abstract
디플루오로메탄중에 존재하는 미량의 클로로플루오로메탄을 제거하기 위하여, 정제할 디플루오로메탄올 60℃ 이상의 온도에서 13X분자체를 통해 통과시킨다.
체는 탄산 나트륨 또는 탄산 칼륨의 수용액으로 세척하고 불활성 대기 또는 진공하에서 고온으로 가열하여 재생시킬 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 미량의 클로로플루오로메탄(F31)을 함유하는 디플루오로메탄(F32)의 정제 방법에 있어서, 60℃ 이상의 온도에서 13X분자체를 통해 정제할 F32의 기류를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작업을 75℃ 이상의 온도에서 행하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, F32의 기류의 시간당 공간 속도가 20내지 2400h-1바람직하게는 40 내지 250h-1인 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용후, 13X체를 탄산 나트륨 또는 탄산 칼륨의 용액으로 세척하고, 불활성 대기 또는 진공하에서 고온으로 가영하여 재생시키는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 세척전, 체를 질소 기류 또는 진공하에서 150-250℃로 탈착하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 세척후, 체를 200내지 250℃의 온도로 가열하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
