본 고안은 세탁기 받침대에 관한 것으로서, 받침대의 외곽에 테두리가 돌출형성되고 배수가 용이하도록 경사진 바닥의 일측에는 배수기의 삽입홈이 설치 되었으며 저면에는 높이조절식다리를 착탈 할 수 있도록 된 것이다.
아파트나 다세대주택의 경우 세탁기를 세탁기 설치실이나 발코니등에 설치하게 되는데 세탁기 설치실이나 발코니의 바닥면이 실내바닥면보다 통상 낮게 되여 있기 때문에 사용에 매우 불편한 점이 많았었다.
본 고안에서는 이러한 문제점을 감안하여서 세탁기를 설치할 바닥면에 본 고안의 받침대를 설치하고 높이조절식 다리를 조절하여서 실내 바닥면과 수평을 유지시킨후 받침대의 저면부에 몰탈을 충진하여서 고정시키게 되면 세탁기가 설치된 바닥면이 실내바닥면과 일치가 되어서 사용이 매우 편리할 뿐 아니라 작동시 소음을 감소시켜 주고 받침대 내에서 배수처리가 되므로 바닥면을 깨끗이 유지시킬 수 있게된 것인바, 이를 첨부된 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
기대(1)의 테두리(2)가 돌출형성되고 경사바닥면(3)의 일측에 배수기 삽입홈(4)이 설치되었으며 기대(1)의 저면에는 높이조절식 다리(5)가 착탈되게한 구성이다.
미설명부호 6은 배수기, 7은 몰탈층, 8은 콘크리트 바닥, 9는 세탁기, 10은 배수관을 표시한 것이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안의 사용효과를 설명하면 세탁실이나 발코니의 콘크리트바닥(8)에 받침대(1)를 적당한 위치에 안치시킨후 높이조절식 다리(5)의 높이를 조절하여서 실내바닥면과 수평이 되도록 하고 배수기(6)를 배수기 삽입홈(4)에 삽입하여서 콘크리트바닥(8)에 고정된 배수구에 나사결합으로 고정시킨다.
그리고 받침대(1)의 저면부에는 몰탈을 충진시켜서 몰탈층(7)을 형성하게 되면 받침대(1)가 단단히 콘크리트 바닥(8)에 고정된다. 이와같이 된 받침대(1)상에 세탁기(9)를 놓고 배수관(10)을 배수기(6)에 연결시켜서 사용하게 되는데 이때 받침대(1)의 테두리(2)가 돌출되어 있고 경사바닥면(3)의 가장 낮은곳에 배수기삽입홈(4)이 형성되어 있어서 세탁기(9)의 사용시 바닥으로 유출되는 날이 신속히 배수기(6)로 배출되어서 세탁실의 바닥면을 항상 깨끗하게 할 수 있고 특히 세탁기(9)의 작동시 발생되는 소음을 받침대(1)가 흡수하여서 실내를 정숙하게 하는데 도움을 주게된 유용한 고안인 것이다.
