Abstract
도코사헥사엔산 (이하, DHA라 약함) 및/또는 그의 유도체를 함유하는 제품의 어떠를 효과적으로 마스킹할 수가 있고, 음식품을 포함시킨 모든 제품에 적용할 수 있는 어떠의 마스킹법을 제공한다.
DHA 및/또는 그의 유도체를 함유하는 제품 또는 그외 원료중에, 감귤계 향료와 요구르트 향료를 첨가한다.
DHA의 유도체로서는, DHA의 에스테르, 글리세리드, 인지질, 콜린 유도체, 아미노산 유도체, 아스코르브산 유도체, 염 등이 포함된다. 또 적용되는 제품은 세정제, 입욕제, 화장품, 음식품. 사료 등이다. 더욱더, 감귤계 향료로서는, 레몬 향로가 바람직하게 사용된다.

Claims (4)
- 도코사헥산엔산 및/또는 그의 유도체를 함유하는 제품 또는 그의 원료중에, 감귤게 향료와, 요루르트 향료를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어취의 마스킹법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도코사헥사엔산의 유도체가 도코사헥사엔산의 에스테르, 글리세리드, 인지질, 콜린 유도체, 아미노산 유도체, 아스코르브산 유도체, 염으로부틴 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 어취의 마스킹법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 세정제, 입욕제, 화장품, 음식품, 사료로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 어취의 마스킹법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 감귤계 향료가 레몬 향료인 것을 특징으로 하는 어취의 마스깅법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
